We stand behind every product we sell. If something's not right, we'll sort it out — simple as that. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. No hoops to jump through, no lengthy back-and-forth.

Reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and what the issue is — photo helps if the item is damaged.
We'll Arrange the Return
Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label so you're not out of pocket. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
✅ Eligible for Return
Items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window. Change of mind returns are assessed case by case.
