1. GENERAL
By accessing and placing an order with Oz Bargains™ (ozbargins.com.au), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Oz Bargains™.
2. PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images and specifications are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from what is received. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of checkout are final.
4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your item is dispatched.
5. PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Oz Bargains™ does not store your payment details.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including delays with Australia Post or other carriers. Oz Bargains™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 30-day return window for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. WARRANTY
Products sold by Oz Bargains™ come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Oz Bargains™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
